Our workshop covers every stage of wood processing internally. Raw timber arrives, undergoes drying, machining, and finishing, and leaves as a finished, export-ready product. No production stage is outsourced. This gives us full control over quality, timing, and consistency across every order.
We operate a complete woodworking facility covering all stages from raw timber to finished product. The production chain includes sawmill processing, controlled drying, rough machining, precision machining, finishing, storage, and export packaging. All stages are handled internally.

Our primary material is European beech, chosen for its stability and consistent behaviour in serial production. Other species are available depending on project requirements. All timber is dried in our climate-controlled chambers before machining, ensuring stable moisture levels and accurate, consistent results across batches.

We operate approximately 50 woodworking machines covering all key production stages — cutting, planing, sanding, turning, drilling, milling, and component shaping. CNC-assisted machining is used alongside manual finishing for components requiring higher precision or specific surface quality.

Wooden ring production
We support both prototype runs and recurring batch orders. Clients can validate design, dimensions, and finish quality on a physical sample before committing to a production run. Our current monthly capacity is approximately 40 m³ of finished goods.

Finished products are packed for EU road transport using protective crating and palletization. Shipping documentation is prepared in-house. We deliver to client facilities anywhere in the EU and confirm the estimated delivery before dispatch.
