You have full visibility at each stage, a physical sample for approval before any batch begins, and a confirmed dispatch date before goods leave our facility. Export documentation is prepared by our team and included with every shipment.
STEP 01
You send us your technical drawings, 3D files, or dimensions, along with your target quantities and required timeline. There is no specific format required. We work with whatever documentation you have.
STEP 02
We assess the technical feasibility of your product and return a structured quotation with pricing and lead time. If we can suggest adjustments to reduce cost or improve machinability, we include these for your consideration.
STEP 03
Before scheduling the batch, we produce a physical sample. You check it against your specification and confirm approval. Full-scale production does not begin until you sign off. Recommended for new products.
STEP 04
We run the full batch in our workshop: cutting, machining, turning, sanding, finishing, and assembly where applicable. All operations are performed in-house. The approved sample is the quality reference throughout.
STEP 05
Each batch is checked against the agreed specification before packaging: dimensions, surface quality, moisture content, and finish consistency. We send you a dispatch confirmation once the batch has passed inspection.
STEP 06
We prepare crating, palletization, and shipping documentation. Goods travel by road to your facility in the EU. We confirm the estimated delivery date before dispatch.
